Play is Mandatory

The benefits of playing relate not only to emotional aspects but also to cognitive development. This highlights the importance of playing in the lives of young children.

Parents should also participate in their children's playtime. This not only improves the emotional bond but also increases the child's interest and motivation.

While playing, the child is not just entertaining themselves or having fun. They are also enhancing brain structure and function, as well as promoting executive function (the learning process), which allows them to pursue objects and ignore distractions.

Through playing, children more easily develop independence and self-regulation.

Play with rules and objectives stimulates responsibility, self-awareness, discipline, sharing, and respect for others.
